Hurts like a shot to the core
Only the fallen seem to see
Behind the disguise there seems to be
they see this is not what she wants
And all the faces that seem to haunt
She is doomed to see all the lost lives before her feet
Because she picked up that gun
And ended her life
Yes, she commited suicide
She ended a life of misery
And falling for someone she shouldn't be
She fell in love with Cassidy
A girl that lived across the street
A perfect couple she always thought they'd be
The only one that knew was Shania
Soon her secret spread like wildfire
She couldn't take the things they said
Sometimes she wished she was dead
Then soon enough she knew the answer
When she knew things wouldn't get any better
She took her life before she knew
Cassidy felt the same way too
If only she knew
The one thing she wanted could have come true
Now shes forced to scower the earth
And take the lives of others
But she's not a muderer
Shes just the Reaper
Only few see behind her disguise
They wish she'd had a better life
Now she takes lives
Until theres no one left to die -
Is it just me or does reality suck? I mean it's beautiful when your having the time of your life, with the person who will always put a smile on your face no matter what.When you have them close enough to hug to kiss... Cuase happiness last only so long... But what happens when that reality suddenly turns to one where that person is gone in a heartbeat? What happens when that person took all of your strength? Your heart is broken, yet you have no other choice other than to stay like that. Why? becuase your mine shuts down. It's as if your dead, theres no life inside of you. They say we forget memories becuase we found new ones. But what about if you can't replace them? Because your no longer living.. What happens when your light in the world of darkness is fading? So many questions you don't have the answers too. Your going crazy without that special person. What happens when your life ends.. And all your life flashes infront of you. You relive every moment in your life in the split of a second. Yet you still manage to stay the longest moments with that special person. And even before you die, in your last breath you say I love you..

I am a Marine Sniper
Alone and fearless I fight
I sit still not making a move
As I wait in the pale moonlight
I wait for some helpless soul
To walk into my sight
I slowly squeeze the trigger
As a shot rings out through the night
A red mist fills the air
I can smell the blood from here
As I put away my gear
I take one last look in my scope
His head was blown completely off
He did not shed a tear
And when it troubles me in my sleep
I try to get my conscience clear
I will see their faces for the rest of my life
But this is the burden I choose to bear -

The hurt and the torment always leaves its mark
I have no friends and no family who see my pain

Why I am so alone? Why can't you see?
Why won't anyone try and help me?
I'm all alone with the tears and the sorrow
And wishing that there would be no tomorrow
I'm miserable and always want to cry
I'm all alone in this world and I want to die
And yet I know that I must go on
Though I'm in hell, I must be strong... -

can wash away bad sins
can make the bad go away
can make everything go back the way it was
cannot wash away the past of everyones nightmares
cannot forgive
cannot bring a heart back together
cannot fix love back into a good thing
cannot wash away the sadness people have to go through
cannot make a persons mind change
only the person crying will most likely waste their time -

The eyes follow you.

I'm in hell. -
I do not enjoy existing this way,
Hiding in shadows from the light of day.
Unseen by those I see yet felt by those I touch,
I live in a world where war governs much.
With my weapon in hand and many faces in my head,
I look them in the eyes, those whos blood Ill shed.
For I feel no pain and I feel no hate,
Towards those whos life Im about to take.
I am the hand of God; I am the dealer of fate.
From a distance, in the trees and shadows I wait.
With a round in the chamber and the bolt locked tight,
I look them in the eyes through my telescopic sight.
They do not see me; they have nothing to say,
To the sniper in the bushes 500 yards away.
They live their life with no care in the world.
They know nothing of the sniper-rifle I hold.
I touch the trigger and I say goodbye,
The man in my sights is about to die.
He crumples like paper as the round hits his head,
I feel no pain, no regrets to be said.
I move on to the next, he falls just as fast,
I aim for my targets; I make every round last.
As the bodies pile up, in the shadows I disappear,
My job here is finished, my conscience remains clear.
As a sniper, with many faces burned in my mind, theres no joy living this
way,
But for my brothers-in-arms, whos lives I hold dear, it is a sacrifice Ill
gladly pay. -
Don't be a turkey.
