Heres a haiku
Pile of poo no drive thru
If drive through poo it splatters
If splatters much woe
My dad and I created that after almost driving through some rhino poo. -
A sad thought filled my heart tonight Beneath the stars magnificent That He who turn'd the compass might Decide my time has near been spent, That I should spread my wings in flight And fly home for a part rehearsed With shining host of heaven sent And come to be in One immersed. It's said that all things in His sight That writhe in earthly chains are pent Through brotherhood in anguished plight And now I know what they have meant. The Valley Spirit gives delight To creatures broken, bowed or cursed As woodbine twines on trellis bent And comes to be in One immersed. Before I flee this old world's light And of my mortal sins repent To be judged by Anubis might My soul kneel 'neath the firmament That this unarmored, questing knight Might grasp the Grail and slake his thirst, Lay down the sword, set free the kite And come to be in One immersed. I know not where my sadness went In umber reckoning finely versed By evensong's magnolia scent I've come to be in One, immersed

When I came home after years of service,
I heard you snicker and sneer,
Gee, friend did I offend
Or does my presence make you nervous?
You said I was no war hero
a title I never did claim.
But don't you dare belittle my status
Or what it was that I became.
Perhaps I should have got a job
In endeavors of less noblesse
Putting profit above honor
In someone's place of business.
But when I was young things were different,
It was East against the West,
Tyranny versus Freedom
To see which one was best.
The East was ruled by communists
Who don't believe in God or Life at all.
They just took everything from their people
And enslaved them behind a wall.
The West believed in democracy
Of Constitutions and the rule of law
That God created us equal
The Reds just thought this bourgeois.
And so it was when I grew up
I chose to make a pact
To defend this country and the West
In an outfit known as "SAC",
It was a life of hardship
Low pay, long hours on SAC ALERT
Standing vigilant against a foe
Who would try to do us hurt.
Where were you when duty called?
I did not see you there
When others stood watch at some Arctic post,
Underground or in the Air?
So while you sit there smug and warm
Enjoying your portfolio and your cash
Just tell all the children that you see
While you were getting wealthy
We prevented World War III! -
I'm still winning xD

No smile.
No light.
No purpose.
Just lies.
No you.
No me.
No us.
Can't breathe.
No screams.
No crys.
No sleep.
You decieved.
No heart.
No tears.
No real.
But pains still here.
No trying.
No denying.
No falling.
Just slipping.
No loving.
No laughing.
No emotions.
Only faking.
No living.
No dying.
No soul.
There's time.
No beauty.
No food.
No self control.
The rage let loose.
No sun.
No moon.
No-one to lose.
A burning noose.
My anger.
My insanity.
My veins full of poison.
Can you understand?
My falling sky.
My actions telling why.
My reason for lying to you?
YOU GAVE UP ON ME. -
Is that even a poem?
-
Yes.
One thosand tears for one troubled heart
A broken life hanging by a thread
Does anyone notices it?
Does anyone care?
Can you hear the cries?
The pleads and the begging..
For just one person to care.
For just one person to save it,
To fix it and put it back together
To save it fron this prison of pain
A prison of nightmares
See how it trembles
How scared it is?
Does anyone reach out to comfort it,
To hold it and sat everything will be better?
Does anyone see the thousand tears
For a troubled heart,
For brokelife,
Now gone and falling. -
Just because I have it better than some people,
Doesn't mean I don't hurt.
It doesn't mean I can't feel something they can.
Hurt, frustration, hunger.
I've been there. But all people say is,
"Be glad you have it better."
I wish I could prove them wrong.
My heart is slowly healing from this beating. -

We flew upon those wings
Of that whirlybird
Up above the battles
Listening for that cracklin word.
Please come down and help us.
Get us the hell oughta here!
And we knew the urgency
And we felt, their fear.
We knew we were the answer
To all of their prayers
The only way they had out
Was up our airborne stairs.
So we flew down in the fire
Into the brink of hell
To pick up those walking
Who carried those who fell.
They tried, not to leave behind
Their buddy and comrade
But at times couldnt help it
And that was so damned sad.
The ones who shot at them
Were now aiming towards the sky
Trying to shoot us down
As we flew slowly by.
A lot of us made it
And a lot of us died
But, all of us answered the call
And every one of us tried.
We gave support and rescued
Those grunts down on the ground
We saved so many thousands
But sadly, some were never found.
We were those airborne jockeys
Who flew down through that flack
To try to pick our comrades up
And to try to bring them back. -
Damn yall.

The darkness closes in.
It's all around me.
Why does it feel like this?
I never pictured the end,
to be so rough.
Never once,
did I imagine the end,
to hurt so bad
I can't stand this anymore.
The pain is unbearable.
Don't forget me.
