No, that's not true sounique. Once when you make the quiz, it should show up on the new quizzes list. Whether people take it or not. But, sometimes they just don't show up.

I don't know. That's what I thought when I started hitting that button because then those quizzes didn't show up. But when I stopped, some of them still didn't show up.
