Thread Topic: I think my friend

He's a huge Hetalia fan and I'm not really into it. Today he was talking about how amazing the ship of Japan & Greece is. I really don't like it, mainly because Greece really likes cats and I don't like that about his character. I always associated the ancient peoples of Greece with wolves, particularly the Spartans. When I stated this he was like, "Have you ever seen them together? If you've never seen how they interact with each other then you can't say you don't like the ship!" He forgets I have read some of Hetalia. I just don't like the ship. Is that really any reason to be mad at me?
-
No. It's your honest opinion.
-
Thank you! I feel like I can never share my opinion when it counters his because he'll get mad at me! It's like if I don't agree with him then I'm wrong because he always has to be right and can never be wrong!
-
Wow. Do you believe in real life vampires?
-
No, that's no reason to be mad. I come up with some obscure ships that my friends think are weird, but I don't get pissed at them.
-
@Death Wouldn't be the weirdest thing I've encountered.
@Audree Ikr? I mean, I like some things that he doesn't, but I still respect his opinion. I'm completely in love with Dragon Ball Z, and he really doesn't like it, but I'm not mad at him for that. -
So you believe they're real?
-
Yeah. Exactly. There's no reason to get pissed at someone for not liking something you like.
-
Yeah. I've met weirder things in real life. It doesn't phase me.
-
@Audree Exactly!
-
I don't think your friend is mad you are entitled to your own opinion on things.
-
@anri I think he is. He was upset with me and didn't talk to me after I said that. He just walked to his class without saying anything, and in quite a huff too.
-
Yeah.

So, what's up?
