I smile, and take a green bowl out.

"Is today Saturday?" I ask.

I think for a moment, and say, "Oh, yes it is."

"Yes! No school!" I say, with a smile.

"That's right!" I say, smiling.

I hold onto him tighter and smile wider.

I smile even more, still holding her.

"So what do you think your gonna do today?" I ask.

"I do not know. I had no plans today."

"I see." I pause. "If only I still did gymnastics." I think back to when I was eight and flexible.
