The room was quiet, for all but the two of us were far fast asleep. The clock read 11:25 in bright green colors. I looked over at Olivia. It was our 12th brirthday. We were twins. Orphan twins. I pulled over the shades a little bit and glanced outside. The night sky was pitch black, all but the small lites the road was filled with. The darkness was looking as if it was swallowing the sky. Olivia picked up her bag and looked at me. "Are you ready to go?" sue asked in a soft voice. I took a deep breath and nodded. "Ready as I'll ever be," I responded. We were acutally doing it. We were running away.
