How do you breathe with a mouth guard in?! Today I played my first game of hockey and I couldn't breathe! I had to take my mouthe guard out all the time just to keep myself sufficating! I felt like a fat couch potato! D;

I can't! My nose was blocked! And when you run you puff!

unblock your nose and when you run you breath through your nose so you dont like get winded...or something

Grrrr! D: I can't just unblock it. How can you run for a full hour without breathing through your mouth?
