Jane nodded, picking up pancakes and waffles from the floor. Claudia looked slightly relieved. "I'll just go now... I have a thing," she said, trying to walk out of the room.

Artie put a hand on Claudia's shoulder.
"What is that 'thing'?" He asked with a stern face. Kyle watched Artie, Pete watched Jane. -
"Uh... I... Um," Claudia said, trying to come up with an excuse. Mika decided to help Jane clean up.

"What?" Artie asked, snorting. Pete watched Mika, smiling.

"I have a skype date with Joshua, and I need to be there," Claudia said quickly.

Artie raised an eye.
"Alright...." he said, taking his hand off her shoulder.

Claudia practically sprinted out of the room. "I kinda wish there was a piece of bacon that flew on its own now," I said. "Actually, there is a frying pan-" Artie began. Everyone but him started picking up and stopped paying attention.
