Millions of thoughts ran through her mind rapidly. She was very aware of everything around her. All her thoughts jumbled around in her head, making it hard to keep quiet. She muttered small things, some of her thoughts she needed to get out. They were all pretty much silent, but people saw her lips moving and assumed she was talking to things that weren't there.
