I put all this weight on my shoulders.I tell myself 'I should have done this' or 'I wish things didn't happen like that' and come to the sad realization that I can't do anything. I can't help anyone.

I doubt if you had control you'd choose your life to be like that. But all you can do is surround yourself with friends and try to drown it out. -

I swim through it, just barely though. I'm in the water up to my neck, my head being forced down every now and then and having one breath left until I surge back through. -
I'm almost always under. I've been holding my breath for 5 long years.
