I'm getting sent to a nut class again in the fall. I don't want counseling again. It just makes me more miserable.

Can't you tell your parents or whoever that you really don't want to do that? I mean, I had to do it to, and it was absolute torture.

Teresa, I had to deal with one of those for a while. But I didn't mind- I found that the people there were a lot like me, and I could get along with them easily. Except for that one that stabbed his father with a fork...
Either way, it's not the end. -
No because then they'll assume something's wrong which nothing is except them, but to them I'm just a b---- and it's all my fault and even my "friends" hate me because I'm horrible. It's true, but I just can't accept it.

Teresa, god damn it, how many times are you going to make me say it? They're wrong! You are not bad! You are amazing! I'm becoming irritated now- what kind of f---ed up people do you have in your life that can convince you of such an absolute lie? You are not a b----, your friends are not friends, you need new ones. And you are loved! People love you! I can't even find all these words I know I have to tell you, it's not true! You're a wonderful person! If you were near me, I'd take down every person who hurt you so you believed that, but I'm not with you, so you just have to know that they're wrong!

I'm socially awkward and don't talk to many people. But she was right. My specialness has to do with my mood. People can't stand me if I'm mad. I'm sensitive because I've been bullied and they can't be sensitive to that.
