I know burning is another. I don't approve of any of them. Cutting got me nowhere. Just this ugly scar on my wrist. My problems were still there when it was done, so what was I accomplishing? Nothing.
Teresa, you're awesome. Always know that. Yell it really loudly when you wake up every morning. Accept it as the truth. You deserve as much. -
