I hope his veins blacken and the flesh rots off, as he's left hopelessly locked in a room with no social interaction. And his brain decays, his skull will freeze and crack, his hands burned off, and his eyes gouged out with screwdrivers just enough for him to be alive. He screams sand cries out but no ones there, except the harsh reality of what he's done, and he'll get whipped and beat around, pounded on and pushed. His skin will boil and his teeth will fall out, he'll lose his hair and his knees will break. His brain will swell, and bleed out his eye sockets and he'll rust to pieces and die with an electric chair... all before he can repent.
