"experiment" I explained. I walked to the cabinet and got us some googles and labcoats.

"Oooh I feel like a scientist" I said jokingly, I saw someone walk through the door, the boy who felloff the table, "Is that your cousin?"

I looked to where she was pointing. "yeah,t hats James" I told her. I waved.
James
While walking into the room I saw Isaac and that girl. Melody? I waved back and got the gear. No need to read the board, just follow what everyone else does. -
"He's the on that fell off the table?" I asked looking at James

Isaac
"Yeah, he's kinda a ditz" I explained with a eye roll. "you sure you wanna be my partner?" I asked. "I suck at biology and science" I explained. It was only fair to warn her.
James
I took a seat at the table next to the pair. "hey guys" I said with a weak smile. -
"Hi, I'm Melody" I said to James, I looked at Isaac, "Its fine, no worries, I'm quite good and I don't mind doing all the work"

I rolled my eyes. "Hey James. And I can do some stuff, I just generally suck" I elaborated.
James
"nice to meet you" I said curtly. I got nervous. "um talk to you guys later, you know class now. Uh, bye" I ended and sat down. Kaia sat next to me. Oh that akward moment when a girl likes you and your cousin. -

Kaia: I sat down quickly next to James, "Hey James" I said flirty, he was the second most popular guy
Melody: I smiled at Isaac, "I'll help, we can work together" -
James: " Hi Kaia" i Said curtly. I tried to listen to what the experiment was,to no avail.
Isaac: I smiled. "sounds good" I looked at the materials and grimmanced. "you should probably handle the potentially dangerous chemicals though" -
Melody: "Sure, I've got a lucky hand when it comes to potentoial danger" on the board were instructions on what to do, chemical reactions. I took a vile of a dark purple substance grinning at it, "Okay, what do you want to add it with?"
Kaia: "Y'know they say that chemistry between two people is often found during chemistry" -
Isaac: I looked at the board. Purple matches with orange? Whaaaat? I grabbed a tangerine shade and held it up to the light. "Um, I think we add this?" I said handing it to her.
James: "Ha." I said dully. Isaac was certainly getting some chemistry. . . I picked up the red and green liquids. "You wanna help or talk about your love life?" I asked with a laugh. -
Melody: I nodded my head, "Uh-huh" I slowly took the vile from his hands, my fingers lightly brushed against his, I couldn't help feeling a few sparks. I slowly tipped a bit of the orange into the purple, blue smoke started swirling out
Kaia: "I don't have a love life...but you could always change that" I said winking at him -
Isaac: first reaction: get on the floor! What I actually did: stare. I took notes on the results we got. "was that supposed to happen?" I asked her. She was the scientist in my life.
James: I looked her in the eyes. She was actually pretty cute. "are you asking me out?" I asked with a laugh at the idea.
