"Don't be." The woman grinned, showing rotting, hideous teeth. The combination of her wrinkles and bad oral health was not a pleasant one. "I was expecting you."
"Um... I need to be going..." He frowned, trying to step around the elderly woman. She blocked his path. -
Macey started to get impatient, and angrily threw her phone to the wall, it landing on a pillow safely.

"Ma'am, I r-really need to go..." Daniel tried to step around her.
"This is more important." The woman grabbed his wrist, and her hand began to glow. -
Macey just laid down and decided to take a nap to calm her nerves.

Daniel's eyes widened. His fingernails grew into claws and his fingers shortened. His thumb nearly disappeared. He could feel his ears growing larger and larger, while he grew shorter and shorter. Fur began to grow all over his body, and his nose and mouth grew out into a long snout. Soon, the woman was towering above him. He sat in one of his shoes, his clothes littered around him. He climbed out of the pile of clothes. He had a tail. He had whiskers. He was a rat.
The woman grinned. "Learn your lesson. Learn the true meaning of love and become a new person." With that, she walked away, leaving a scared rat in the streets. -

Macey quietly slept in her room, dreaming about nothing but hate.

Rebekah walked quickly on the streets, trying to find the destination she was told to go to. A left... Right... Left... Forward... She looked around, and the streets were eerily different... "Dammit.." she muttered, realizing she was lost. It seemed as no one was there, for the lamp post only shadowed her meer reflection. "Hello?" She called out, her voice echoing. She stepped forward until she spotted something on the ground. She ran to them, quickly identifying them as clothes. "The hell..?" she whispered, picking up the clothes... And finding a rat. She dropped the clothes frightened, and gently bent towards the rat, stroking it's gentle fur. She cupped her hands, and picked up the creature as she looked into it's beady eyes. "Why hello there." -

Daniel stared nervously up at the girl. Shit... He tried to get away. -
It's fine... Used to it.
She continued to gently stroke his fur. -
I really need to get away from this girl... He struggled a bit more, but stopped. It was useless. Besides, it felt good to have his fur stroked. Wait... what?

"Are you okay, little guy?"

"No! Leave me alone!" He instantly regretted saying it. The high pitched voice surprised him, though. He waited for her shocked expression. Rats didn't talk, but apparently ratboys did.

Her eyes widened in surprise. "Y-You can talk?!" she remarked, ignoring his rudeness.
