  Nope. It's the following:
  
  Bonjour, mademoiselle.
  Bonjour, monsieur.
  Bonjour, madame.
  
  I don't know where you got 'mi' from. That's not a part of the language at all. Where you trying to say 'my miss', 'my mister', and 'my madam'? The forms of possession would be used in the following order:
  ma
  mon
  ma
  Because mademoiselle and madame are both feminine and monsieur is masculine.
