Most redheads have very light skin, and because light skin is caused by a lack of melanin (the component that determines skin color and that when present in greater concentrations results in darker skin), these people usually burn and not tan.

oh,my skin is nothing like the pictures. Its either brown-red when im burned or very ,ver,very fair.

Yep, only, I'm the weirdest red head you'll ever meet. I have red hair and blue eyes, very rare. My sun burns tuen to tans, thanks to my ancestors. And normally, red heads have tons of freckles, I only have a little on my face.
