Its just my Granpa served in the war,i know he did not die in it but today honors anyone who served,so now that he is dead....

*hugs silv* my great grand father fought in the Korean War, and WW2, i have never met him because he too is dead...but i'll never forget him...even my grandfather fought in the Vietnam...although he's still alive...and acts like a big kid...but thats really not the point....the point is...No matter what your grandfather did...whether is was to serve in the war or not....memorial day, is a time to remember and to be thankful for our soldiers, navys, or pilots
