:D Yep! It'll probably suck, but that's just naturally my ideas.
Here's the idea;
Dylan is a patient at the hospital himself, but he's in a mental ward. He wonders into ER and Surgery room, one night and sees what they really do. However, he makes no attempt to call the authorities. He's not even afraid. Just fascinated. Then, he very openly walks towards whatever's there, whether it's a corpse or just a bunch of organs, pulls out/takes one of the organs and bites into it, clearly stating "I want in on this". -
That's a cool idea. :D

Ooh, another idea! :D Maybe, after that, at some point Dylan could impersonate a male nurse when in reality, he has absolutely no idea what he's doing. He could pretend to screw up and overdose a patient with morphine or something like that, making their death look more accidental. He only does this once, however. -
Oh yes! I can already see Hana bringing 'meals' to his room. >;3
