I walked beside him, hand on my knife, ready.

I heard at stick snap and entered the trees "Be careful okay?"

I nodded silently beside him and gave his hand a squeeze.

I glanced at are hands and smiled then I heard a scream and I froze.

I stopped and my eyes searched the trees surrounding us. "What was that?" I whispered.$

"I don't know..." I was squeezing her hand tight and clenching a fist with me free hand.

I scooted close to him. I kept looking around, hoping we wouldn't be attacked.

I heard a few gun shots then more screams "We should head back to the tree"

I nodded. "okay."

I turned back then I heard a crackle meaning that some were unless we're coming this way so I picked har up and started running back.

I clutched his shoulders, since I was wearing his shirt.

I heard more crackles then I started smoking and I appeared in the tree house with her in my arms.

I had my face buried in his shoulder. "Are we there?" I asked, my voice slightly muffled.

"Yeah"

I lifted my head and looked around. I nodded and looked up at Mark. "Nice job," I said and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
