He turned on the radio.

I heard him turn on the radio. It was playing my favorite song. "Turn it up, please?" I didn't look at him or open my eyes.

He cranked up the volume.

I eased my self in the seat, sliding lower. I listened to the song and fell asleep.

When the song was over, Mark turned the volume down. He looked over at Nataly. She was still wearing his jacket.

A smell drifted into my mind. It smelled like the carribean and suddenly I was there. It was a smallish island and the sea green waves drifted back and forth on the shore. I cuddled in the jacket that I was wearing, though unconscious of it.

He continued to drive, wondering where it'd be best to go next.

I walked down the beach, taking in my surroundings. The scenery of the island was gorgeous, the flora was lush. I looked at the waves, then heard a rustle in the bushes. I turned and watched the edge of the forest.

The rain beat down on the window, being wiped away by the windshield wipers every now and then.

I walked closer to the trees. "W-who's there?" My voice quivered.

He continued driving along the highway.

Someone walked out of the bushes. I gasped at the sight of him. "Mark?" I asked and it filtered into the real world.

He looked over at her, but didn't wake her up.

He looked at me and smiled. He walked over to me and gave me a hug. I was so startled I just froze.

She looked like she was having another dream.
