Eating is good for you. I think I'll go get something myself. Even though it's not necessary for me to eat.

Yeah eating food gives you energy. I eat whenever I'm hungry and there's food around. And i eat all 3 meals. I never skip unless I'm sick in the morning I dont eat as much breakfast
