I looked back at the Slayer, and left.

He sat there for a moment, reviewing his plan silently.

I walked back into the training field. I have to get out of this castle. I thought.

He sighed. All that was left was to sleep.

I kept walking along in wall. There was a crack somewhere...There it was! I looked around before slipping through it.

So, he fell back asleep, waiting.

I ran outside the castle. Happy to be free. I just had to hope no one noticed I was gone.

Every so often, he would wake up for a moment. Sometimes the dagger came to mind. Usually it was his plan. But a few times, just a few, it was the princess.

I ran far away from the castle, now my blood thirst was taking over. I found a small diner and waited for some humans.

How long would he have to wait? Probably a few hours.

A human girl walked out and into the alley. I jumped on her, sinking me fangs into her neck. It was an easy kill.

He reviewed the plan one more time. This is taking forever...
