Anyways I'm angsty and wish to release my angst in a way that won't bother my loved ones

For the most part things are good
But I feel like something is wrong with me sometimes
Like shouldn't i just be happy -
Bills paid. Good spouse. Pets healthy. Antidepressants on board. Job I don't hate. In school pursuing a future. Why do I still feel like I've got this pit inside me

Nothing is wrong except for me. I am wrong. Where does it change.

I could let it consume me
I have so much to be grateful for but sometimes I just want to lay down in the woods and let the moss crawl over me -
My partner has been sick for a while and I miss when he wasn't sniffly
I still think it's insane that I'm married. Makes my head spin. Usually in a good way
Sometimes I hate having someone who cares about me so much though -
Isn't that f---ed up. Resenting the concept of being loved and cared for. I should probably talk to my therapist about that one.

I'm happy. I am. Sometimes I still feel that black void though and I don't know what to do when I'm standing at the edge of the chasm -

I think my biggest issue is just lack of access to therapy rn and my chronic struggle with motivation -

My housemates do so much to support me. They are so kind. We have such good people in our circle

Greenest flag my partner came with was how much he loves his friends and how much they love him. Support systems really do change so much for people. Life is so f---ing hard when you're doing it alone. Community is important

Sometimes I worry I'm making the wrong career choice. I love animals and I just want to help them, but some owners make it so difficult. I see some awful things done and there's so little we can do about it.
