Anyways I think I'm doing okay overall. SAD is hitting hard and I won't be able to get back into therapy until January.. had my biopsy today tho so glad that's out of the way. Slowly chipping away at my school work. Anxious more than I'm not but overall fine ig. The future is bright

I'll have been married for a whole year tomorrow! Crazy concept. I used to lay in bed thinking my sleep habits would make it impossible for me to sleep next to someone every night. Yet here we are.
And he is so so so good with my pets. So supportive of my goals and aspirations. I hope one day I can be as good to him as he is to me. -
Today i had a hard day and every time i turned around, there he was, to take care of me and soothe my soul and help me gather myself. I had a panic attack in the grocery store parking lot and drove home instead of going in. He didn't go for me, he went back with me and held my hand and carried my groceries and kept my mind occupied instead of darting around like a frightened goldfinch. And then an hour later I was overstimulated while trying to skin and cut a piece of salmon. I asked my roommate to get him because I just wanted him to check the rice while I finished with the fish. But he saw me freaking out and took the knife and had me wash my hands and breathe while he finished trimming the icky parts. And then I finished making us dinner and he washed the dishes and we ate together and he said the salmon was the best thing I'd ever made for him. Then we cuddled our dog.
I've been really sick physically all weekend and he's been very sweet to me. I genuinely don't know what I did to deserve a love like this but, my god, I am never going to get over how good he is to me. I want to be half as good to him as he is to me
