  I mean if a hole was cut through the entire earth we wouldn’t say “two massive holes have appeared” we’d say “a hole has been dug through the earth”

  i think that's impossible /gen ^
  we probably wouldn't have survived today, at least in our current form, without illness
  i believe it's how our brains got so big, we evolved to actually remember and contemplate consequences (i.e. ooga booga, if i eat this berry i'll get sick - which then evolved to - i have to tell the others not to eat this berry ooga booga)
