honestly these are all personal questions you need to ask yourself because nobody else can define what you like or want to do with something like that
i think the best starter questions to ask yourself is what you want to do with the channel and the vague ideas you have for it -
i think its best to start out with small goals.. a lot of people get demotivated because they want 1mil subscribers in a year. that prolly aint gonna happen bud. but just keep at it if that's what you're really passionate about
