This is ridiculous. I think they're doing like apple and bricking the older devices because they conveniently don't have the hotspot I have and I got it a year and a half ago.

Class ended early tonight since it's the first day and we were just introducing.

two hours later, I'm still messaging the customer service people. I had to text them during class because they literally turned off my internet trying to "fix" things.

FINALLY. They're giving me a free replacement for my hotspot, and it's upgraded.

If I did, that'd be totally cool. I'd have a phone just to play Love and Deepspace. It'd have so much storage space for that.

I mean, it's free. And I could actually afford it if I downgrade my internet plan. I don't even use 50 GB online, these days, since I'm always on my phone.
