Thread Topic: I didn't sleep for 3 days and I got 1-2 hours last night.
I'm tired out of my mind but I'm not sleepy.
This is going to be the fifth day of getting little to no sleep.
I drank some tension tamer tea. That made me feel more tired but I'm still wide awake.
My mom had me take a tylenol since apparently it relaxes the muscles. I'm waiting for it to kick in.
Should have kicked in by now and we have nothing.
I had no clue tynenol did that cause it doesn’t work for me
Neither did I.
My mom isn't able to have tylenol anymore because her body got too used to it.
I'm going to go to bed. Hopefully I'll get some sleep, but if not, at least I'll be rested.
Still can't fall asleep
My heart isn't slowing down strangely. Usually it does when I'm going to bed but I'm at 86 bpm.
I know that's not unhealthy but usually it's way slower for me when I'm falling asleep.
I'm going to try again.
If you have melatonin or benadryl (dyphenhydramime), you could try taking those. Melatonin is made to help you sleep, and it's kind of a side effect of benadryl. Melatonin has usually worked for me, and benadryl always knocks seth out right away
You can also look up meditation exercises for sleeping. They usually just tell you how to breathe and relax your body so you can hopefully sleep. Those usually help me because the more I can't fall asleep, the more I get stressed about falling asleep, and that keeps me up more
I got 4-5 hours last night!

Maybe try to stop using devices with screens one hours before bed, drink tea and wash your feet with warm water, and wear fuzzy socks?

But you could try my method
1- Drink tea
2- Turn on sleep moosic
3- Pile on blankets
4- Snuggle catto/doggo
Man the last time I had a good nap is when the doctor gave me a migraine cocktail lmfao
