one is my girl best friend who i met in kindergarten, and then reconnected with in 9th grade after i switched schools at 4 grade but came back for high school, she's been a rock for me for a long now and our mothers are friends as well, and she's so supportive and kind to me, and the other one is my boy best friend who i met in 10th grade for the first time when he was a freshman and we didn't really connect until the summer going into my junior year, and especially my senior year we've been inseparable and he's helped me through a lot of tough moments, and he's so deep and interesting and very quietly supportive and affectionate in his own ways

i think i should just consider myself very lucky to have such two close friends going into adulthood this month, and a couple other very good friends still around
