I'm so sorry. I know that can be hard. Try to avoid salt. It causes blood clots, which causes cramps. Drink some tea, use a heating pad if you have one. Here's the biggest hug I have.

If I open GTQ in a Samsung browser on my phone I can confirm the web setting to dark mode, but I love GTQ to have one!! -
