I'm so sleepy, except I can't sleep due to cramps. Yes, that sounds stupid, but I'm serious. Does anyone know how I can sleep through it?

Take some pain relievers if you can, maybe use a heating pad. See if curling up helps. I'm really sorry man, hope you feel better soon

Ibuprofen works usually for me. As The Only One said,heating pad or hot blanket works too
