Don't die, that's pretty annoying and I would get pissed. But if you know that you did not start it you don't need your mom to believe you. You should tell your sister how it is.

i tried telling my sister how it is just now and standing up and saying "hey you're a major b---- and i wanna get you back" but she's trying to get my mom on her side again and it's not worth the effort trying to beat her ass because i know i'll get mine beat then again but it's been like this for my whole life, my sister trying to be the dominant twin and me trying to not stay in her shadow, to be just as strong and important but she always slaps me around and i hate it and it would be just fine if i could die

No, there are people who really look up to you, you dying wouldn't be nice. You clearly are not a bad person. Is there any way you can show your mom what she does infant of her. Or can you record her?

no, i can't record her, my phone screen is cracked and i can't use it. my sister would know if i was recording using my computer because you can't just open another tab to hide the camera because then it'd shut off, and if i can't hide it and she sees it then she'll try to play innocent. and no i can't convince my mom, she always takes my sister's side
