They were giving me allowance so they could teach me "how to budget", but now they're going back on it.

Oklahoma.
Some places, the age is 14, but not most. Not anywhere I have access to.
Besides that, I don't really have transportation. I can't drive, and I have to be chaperoned everywhere that I walk, and there's many problems with that. -
I have a few suggestions on how to make money.
.Fold boxes for local pizza places
.sweep up at local stores
.lomonade stands ( although you might be to old for that)
