I was back in my old town, where I lived before I went to the mental hospital and moved in with my dad.
I somehow got into this game thing. It was supposed to be virtual reality or something. There were multiple big rooms with different environments. You had to survive a room for a certain amount of time and then you move on to the next room.
The first room I got into was an artic themed room, and we got locked in on accident. The door wouldn't open. After a while, I somehow managed to fix the door and we moved on.
The next room I went to was the desert room. We got locked in again on accident, which was really weird cos I was in both rooms that malfunctioned. For some reason, everyone seemed a lot more serious about the desert room and everyone was panicking. After some time, something happened and the door opened finally. Some people left the game altogether.
That's when I texted my girlfriend about what happened and she said I should probably go home.
So I left and went to my gramma's, where I used to stay a lot before I moved in with my dad and stuff. I had to wear a skirt because we had nothing else for me to wear and I was very upset. I went into the room I used to stay in and I sat on the bed. Then, I looked around the room. Something seemed wrong. I kept thinking, "This is where I live, right?" And it was all weird.
That's when I woke up. -

Nope. Not that I can remember.

Do you have any idea what it could mean? Like how a dream of falling is a fear of heights or something. Was it inspired by an anime or something? Or fresh from your mind.

I'm afraid it of clowns and dark bathrooms, so nope. And I don't watch anime anymore. The while night, I was listening to Falling In Reverse and they don't have any songs that could inspire such a dream. It came out of nowhere.

I don't know much in the area of phsycology so I don't have a clue really. Is there any medication that could have caused this , do you take melatonin? I've read that it can cause lucid(?) dreams , although I think that's if you overdose on it.

I used to use melatonin to get high af, but I haven't since December, so no.
