So i doubt many people knew this but i dislocated my kneecap in december, now 3 months later ive been cleared to do it again and do pe. My last physical therapy was in spring break so i was cleared a couple days before school started again. And the day is pretty normal until i start riding home from school, again oretty normal. However as soon as i get into our driveway my dad backs up in his car and i smash into it spraining my wrist
