No, don't do that. You know that'll never make you okay with it, all you can do is accept it and say sorry, there's nothing more. Hate me if you want to for saying this, but I've done it myself and it doesn't help, so you ought to stop, 'cause your physical body and your emotions are different, the damage taken to one doesn't hurt the other. You could severe your hand-DON'T-but it wouldn't make you feel like you got what you deserved.
