Indiana Yakihona
Her parents are obviously Cy and Jupiter Yakihona, which her mother, Cy, is infamous for making chains of night clubs where fashion shows take place. Koski's mother, Rita, is an aspiring fashion designer that owns a cute little cafe in Japan and in order to show her own designs to everyone she lets Cy buy her cafe and to turn it into a psychedelic, trippy, and space-like night club that competes with the other chains, using forbidden science like the GAP program and using astrology to turn these cafes or stores into a night-time hot spot. It sounds confusing, but it would make more sense in a visual fashion.
The setting is mostly in Japan, which was the first place ridden with "Kosmo Aliens" that have the same characteristics as humans, but are much more higher in species. They have a strange and obscene anatomy and weird skin types and colors and bodies that aren't normally seen in the earlier times of Earth.
It's hard, it's really hard to explain. -
