... oh... well, if it makes you feel better, im completely numb... which means nothing can hurt me either...

my hands are shaken,
my knees are weak.
No one seems to
care about me.
My heart is broken
and does not beat.
This love of ours
Kills me slowly.
It consumes in a
blanket of love,
as if it were protecting me.
But if you were in
my place, you'd be
writhing in pain.
I've been around it
so long, I'm numb now.
The heat of it all
completely burns me.
My love is the Sun,
and I am Icarus.
I come to close,
and i burst into flames of love.
My heart was burnt to a crisp. Then my
love came to me and
froze my heart in its place.
It does not beat, It does not bleed...
here you go, i came up with it yesterday. -

To be honest, I loved that poem.

*...* aww, its okay... you dont have to be shy, Jackie, when youre with me, you can be safe, i promise. *smiles and takes you by your arm gently* (i kinda have that motherly instinct to comfort people when theyre upset, so yeah)
