  I think so, she's not in the intensive care unit.
  
  I think my Dad said she was drunk or something.My stepsister recently moved to our house because my stepmom (Hiedi) wasn't taking care of her or treating her right, so she was either celebrating because it's her birthday or was depressed because she was alone on her birthday.
