I had to go because I need to get on medication, and they want me to do things like go to groups with people my age with parents who also use, or do that thing when a teenager signs up to be your friend.
Because I'm so 'sad' and need to take 'baby steps to make me happy again.' I also need medication so I have vitamin D. -

Oh, I was going for my attention problems, and she just said something about vitamin D I wasn't paying attention. xD She said the lights with real sunlight or something like that would make me feel happier and will give me vitamin D.
