Okay, I used to have this fear of dying in my sleep. If I died, I'd rather have it when I'm awake. Long story. My father keeps making fun of it and scaring me to death with it. It soon became horrible paranoia. My brothers didn't know and it made it worse. Actually.. Another reason I need a therapist. I don't feel safe because of what my brother said before I went to sleep... Now, no one is awake at all and I feel sl f---ing scared.
