Alright, so I was banned last year from a site (permaban). I've wanted to get back on the site and apologize to all the people I was rude to. So I asked the official Tumblr blog of the specific website if I could get back on again. My question was never answered, but 3 days ago they just sorta made a "goodbye post" where they said the blog was no longer an official project and that you shouldn't send any more questions about bans and other problems because the main mod couldn't handle it.
Does this mean I can get back on... or I can't? -
