Who have been on an airplane. I just wanted to ask if your carry on bag is checked and is it in the scanner thing. ^~^ I'm sorry, most people are probably thinking this question is really stupid and there's an obvious answer, but uhm.. Yeah thanks if anyone replies at least. ^~^

I've never been on an airplane before, but I've been in an airport. In America, at least, they always check your bags, and I'm pretty sure sending it through a scanner (like a metal detector and s---) is standard to make sure you're not bringing any bombs or s--- on there.

Carry on isn't checked, some basic size checks but that it. Not like checked luggage. Everything gets bomb checked at some point.

I'll be wearing pants( obviously) but they have lots of metal on them and I can't wear any other pants that day, don't ask it's a long and complicated story. Will the alarm thing go off when I walk through? O.o thanks again. -

the airport i went to is different, people literally stick their hands down your pants where I saw to make sure you don't have a bomb or something its crazy, everything was strict as f---
well, the metal detector will go off probably if it's metal, but they'll be smart enough to realize that it's just stuff on your pants and leave it alone.

Allssooo the third question, do the alarms go off a lot like if it happens me will everybody be staring like " :o she's going to try to kill us all"? Or ddoes it happen a lot of people? O.o thanks.

well, I imagine it happens every so often to anyone, and I don't see why people would go all "she's going to kill us" as there are several reasons why the detector could've gone off. Like the metal on your pants, or maybe some sort of fake jewelry, etc. They might look over because they were startled or something, but it's not like they'd stare you down.
unless if they really were scared you were trying to kill them, but I doubt there are many people like that -
I think it goes off quite often due to small pieces of metal that could be on people, its not a big deal
