I must read more of his makings. I loved when we read "The Tell Tale Heart", it's just about an insane guy that denies he is insane and calls himself sane takes care of this old guy that brang him no harm, he was kind to narrator that was supposedly his caretaker. But just as the narrator's crazy "mindset" he found the old man's vulture eye that was pale blue and had a glassy film over it just truly atrocious and wanted to kill him for it. So he ended up killing the old man, chopped up his body, and hid him underneath in some kind of thingy magig. The neighbors heard a scream, the police came, the narrator's pride and confidence was obviously prominent. Not until the singing in his ear or I think it was the beating of the heart of the old man that got back on him and he thought as the police men laughed they were mocking him for his crime and he admitted his murdered.
I can honestly relate to the narrator. It's just, seriously, the f---ed-up element of him just relates to what I've turned to.
Lately, I have been having some very.. out of the ordinary, unusual thoughts as despair envelopes me and mails me down the rail of crazy town. My fantasies of violence and murder were just as sweet as if it were reality, and sometimes I just find myself going to act that s--- out. I have fantasies of murder or homicide with my family, people on this website, people at school, and even strangers. It's just, I feel like anyone that I put in a higher caliber that they should be punished and murdered. -
Poe was a very interesting man. Some may say disturbed.

He was disturbed. He did have some disturbances in his life that kind of drew him to create such masterpieces like that. And the most intriguing part of his life.. well, is his death. It's a mystery.
