actually... instead of compliments can i get a critique too? i've just been expecting positivity and it isn't healthy to just be showered in compliments because then i never learn from my mistakes

I would criticize it but you would defend your mistakes, just like most people would, like myself. So no, my opinion won't get across. But I can tell you one thing, I guess? I like the background a lot.

On the Kotoko(?) one I think the legs look a little strange but I'm not absoultly sure if they are suppsoed to be that way or not as I'm not all to familer with this kind of art.

I don't want to sound like a jerk or anything. Are you sure you want a flaw pointed out. Here, Ill do this:
Compliment: The face. It has a certain spunk to it.
Flaw: The legs look a little...strang-ish. And the color of the face, but that is just my opinion. I don't know your art techniques...
But I like it.
