you know what airsoft is, right? well im buying an SVD Dragunov sniper rifle (which is a russian manufactured gun) to use in airsoft. but my friend says that russian weapons suck and that i should get an american gun instead. what do i say to him?

Your friend is most definitely wrong. Russian weapons and military are best in the world. I do not say this in patriotism, it is simply truth. If anything goes wrong with your Dragunov, I will personally send you replacement.

The only thing wrong with the dragunov is the scope. it doesnt have a rail stystem so in order to get a working efficient scope you would have to spend as much money on the scope as you would the gun itself. -
I am sorry to hear that. I will see if I can get someone in my administration to send you new scope. Russian weaponry is something I am passionate about. I want other nations to see our evident quality.

I will proudfully spread word about russian weaponry. for mother russia. hell, i plan on painting the sickle and hammer symbol on all my magzines with red spray paint.

I applaud your support for my great country. I am glad to see young people interested in Soviet Union and Russia.
Makarov is a classic pistol, but heavy by today standards. MP-443 Grach is a great gun. Both pistols are used by police and special forces. You can't go wrong with any of our pistols. -
do either of the two have a rail on them? cuz id love to attach a laser sight on one.
why a laser sight? because i think they look damn cool.
