  ... I was going to make cookies, but the gluten free flour was too thin, so after many attempts to thicken it I just gave up and threw it into a bread pan and decided that whatever happened, hapened. I pull it out twenty minutes later to see this pulsing glob of sickly yellow bread bubbling monstrously and collapsed in the center.... it was like a zombie. I seriously hope it tastes better than it looks.
