No, I didn't mean it like that, I meant they don't pick moderators that often, and we don't pick.

Moderators were personally hand picked through people's opinions and his own decisions. All current moderators are fairly active users whom are about a Senior status and have been around since '12. It's unlikely for someone like you to get to be any time soon just because of those requirements.

You can't. Mods are decided by other mods and/or GTQ users. You have to be responsible, reasonable, mature and yeah. I think they would prefer a user who have been here long enough to know the rules and such.

You've to be regular on all/some forums always, answer all question (only true ones) and be friendly and mature, you've to level up quiz (i don't think it's needed) and become a bit more popular. Others will be done by-
winning GTQ users opinion
Mods opinion and
GTQ Guy's opinion.
It depends on many things but mostly on you. Be regular, active and answer question you know in Feedbacks and Updates forum and on other...too.
