It should. Every picture has a URL. On the picture there should be a button that says "View image" and that page shows you the picture's URL.

You can get a URL from the picture by right clicking, ctrl+clicking, or tapping and holding, depending on what sort of device you're using. If an image doesn't have a URL and comes from your computer, you'll have to upload it somewhere like imgur.

You can go to this website, choose the picture you need to upload, pick a size, and upload it. Copy the direct link, paste it here, and put [img] [/img] around the url.

@Magical Nonsense: It worked, but it said it required my email address. I don't just give my email address away to random websites. Thanks, though.
